About Seidensticker & Products
Seidensticker was founded in 1919 in Bielefeld, Germany by Walter Seidensticker. The brand has over 100 years of shirtmaking expertise.
Three fits - Regular (classic, relaxed cut), Shaped (tapered waist), and Slim (close-cut, modern silhouette). All fits are available across formal, business and casual styles.
Many styles feature a No Iron or Easy Iron finish - a fabric treatment that releases wrinkles with minimal effort. Look for "No Iron" or "Easy Iron" in the product name.
Seidensticker shirts use formal shirt sizing - collar size in centimetres. Use the Size Charts guide on the website to convert your measurements.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. GB Mainland orders over £120 qualify for free DPD delivery; standard DPD delivery is £4.95. Northern Ireland and off-shore orders over £120 qualify for free Tracked delivery; standard Tracked delivery is £4.95.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. You can return items using our online return portal or manually with the return form included on your order confirmation - see the next few questions for the details.
There are two ways to return an order: use our return portal (a small £3.95 fee is deducted from your refund to cover costs, and a printer is required), or return manually by including the completed return form from your order confirmation with your parcel - manual returns have no deduction and don't require a printer.
Unfortunately we can't process exchanges directly. Please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
You're responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. If you received the wrong item or it arrived faulty, contact us and we'll provide a free return shipping label.
Refunds are processed by our warehouse within 5 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it can then take up to a further 5 working days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Please let us know within 14 days of dispatch at contact@seidensticker.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier - beyond this window we're unable to raise an investigation or issue a refund or replacement.
