This product was manufactured in a STeP by OEKO-TEX®-certified factory under fair working conditions.

Shipping

Our delivery time with standard shipping is usually 1-3 working days although this may be a little longer for remote or off-shore locations. All deliveries are sent with a fully tracked and recorded service.

All orders over £120 are shipped free of charge. Our standard shipping charge on all other orders is £4.95.

Returns

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return the unworn goods with original labels within 28 days of receipt either manually using the return form available as a download link on your order confirmation email or by using our frictionless return portal. If you choose to use our return service £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover the costs.

Unfortunately exchanges cannot be handled by our warehouse management software so if you want to change your size please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your updated size.
